Refund policy

At LE BERSERK, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@leberserk.com. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and FDA compliance considerations, we cannot accept returns of any opened, used, or unsealed supplements, powders, capsules, gummies, drinks, or other ingestible products.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom, personalized, or special-order products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your eligible unopened item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@leberserk.com.

Shipping Restrictions
LE BERSERK currently ships only within the United States. Orders shipped to freight forwarders may not be eligible for replacement or refund if lost or damaged after delivery to the forwarding address.
