Subscription Policy

LE BERSERK offers subscription options for select products to help you stay consistent with your health, performance, and wellness goals. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize LE BERSERK to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring frequency you choose (such as every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your selected products will be shipped automatically according to your subscription schedule until you cancel.

Billing and Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges, unless you cancel before your next billing date.

Subscription pricing, discounts, and product availability may change from time to time. If a material change affects your subscription, we will notify you in advance where required by law.

Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account. Depending on the available options, you may:

  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip an upcoming shipment
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Swap eligible products
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at info@leberserk.com.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made before your next billing date. If an order has already been processed or shipped, that order cannot be canceled and will be delivered as scheduled.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain inactive and no future recurring charges will be made.

Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started and an order has been processed.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@leberserk.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled until a valid payment method is provided.
